> desk.fm is a calm, live team board for small teams. It provides ambient workday awareness by showing who is tuned in, each person's selected availability, and what currently has their attention.

desk.fm is designed to stay open at the side of the screen during the workday. Team members voluntarily update their status, status details, and current work. A lightweight ping can provide a direct update or request for attention without creating another chat thread.

desk.fm does not replace team chat, project management, email, calendars, or meetings. It sits alongside those tools as a focused awareness layer. It is not employee-monitoring software and does not track keyboard activity, screenshots, productivity scores, or time worked.

The product is intended for small corporate teams, agencies, studios, professional services, local businesses, founding teams, and remote or hybrid groups whose members work from desks throughout the day.
