Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of desk.fm, a service created by mini tech co. By creating an account, accepting a team invitation, or using desk.fm, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Beta service

desk.fm is currently offered as a free beta. Features may change, stop working, or be removed as we improve the product. We may introduce paid plans in the future, but we will provide notice before charging for any service. Continued use of a paid service will require your separate agreement to the applicable pricing and billing terms.

Accounts and teams

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your email secure. Magic links are personal and should not be shared. Team owners and administrators are responsible for invitations, team membership, and the content shared on their board. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use desk.fm to break the law, infringe another person's rights, harass others, distribute malware or spam, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape or reverse engineer the service except where legally permitted, or use invitations and Pings abusively.

Your content

You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You give mini tech co. a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve desk.fm. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content you provide.

Our service

Availability and changes

We work to keep desk.fm available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the beta, including to maintain security, comply with law, or prevent abuse.

Termination

You may stop using desk.fm at any time and may delete your account through Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the service, or if continued operation is no longer practical. Team content may become unavailable when a team owner deletes their account or board.
